quilters......the Kids!! Our Kids Learn to Sew and Learn to Quilt Classes are taught by Jane Walker and Linda Bartlett. They both have a passion for sewing, quilting and kids!
Learn to Sew Classes... students develop sewing machine skills in an easy, step-by-step method, gaining
control first with paper before moving onto fabric projects. Games and puzzles make learning to sew fun.
Learn to Quilt Classes... after kids have successful learned to sew, the next step is to learn to quilt. A set of
3 classes have been designed to teach rotary cutting, piecing, applique and other essential quilting skills.
Kids are encouraged to use the family sewing machine, but machines are also available for a nominal fee.
So, Moms, Aunts, Grandmas, Neighbours....If you know of a young person who might like to learn
how to sew or is already savvy with sewing, please pass this page on. Either class makes a great gift.
